"Cockroach found in Tingkat dish, what else can I say?"

On Monday, they delivered curry dish to us even when we specified non-spicy dish (as one of their provided options). Our dad has chronic kidney disease, so he can't take anything spicy.

On Tuesday, they gave a repeated dish, i.e., two boxes ... More contain the same Tofu dish.

Both above blunders really not a big deal at all. Just perhaps some room for improvement in terms of process/QA.

However, to our disgust, we saw an intact cockroach with a fat juicy belly in the Tofu dish, and we already eaten like 90% of the dish before seeing it. (See attached photo)

Initially didn't want to write this since they agreed to compensate by waiving off the cost for one month's tingkat. However, when we tried to renew, they blocked it off and did not accept our renewal.

Really disappointed in Le Xin Catering Group Pte Ltd. By the way, just realized they also operate in Foodline under different names, such as "Empire Food Catering Pte Ltd", and "House of Catering F&B Pte Ltd", God knows how many more...
