"Same caterer ordered but lousy quality this time"

Order with them 2 years ago and the quality of food was good so this time decide to try them again. But it doesn’t turn out to be the same as the past.

First, my order was for 5:30pm and to my suprise the delivery man made an appearance at my ... More doorstep at 4:15pm. I was so taken aback no choice but to accept. This is a mini buffet, u deliver the food this early how am I suppose to keep them warm till dinner?

Second, the bake salmon w/ teriyaki sauce. The dish in my picture taken looks more like a stew than bake ..totally differ 101% from what is shown online. My first tot when I saw the dish is “did I ordered Lor mee?”

Other than the cocktail and the lychee prawn rest tasted average with the bake salmon tasted the worst.
