"Disappointing food but promising after sales service."

Update after caterer contacted us to resolve issue:
Great service from Ginny! She promptly acted on the feedback and offered us a quick solution, with foodline supporting this process. The scores given are still based on my overall experience, so ... More there's definitely room for improvement. However, Bayfront catering has shown that they take customer feedback seriously and will work internally to better themselves.

Contacted caterer prior to event, with specific questions on which dish is spicy(specifically melaka style steamed fish) and possibility of requesting no chilli to be used as this was for a children's party.
A sales rep responded that the fish was not spicy and that all requests could be made through the comments.
However was highly disappointed when food arrived.
Fish was spicy (see photos), vegetables were spicy, chilli was placed on almost all dishes regardless of my request, and food was disappointing. Pineapple rice was dry and had non-existent.pineapples. noodles were also dry and left much to desire. Curry was watery.
Most of the children ended up eating only a little due to all the spicy dishes and parents ended up getting other food for them (including my own kids).
Contacted the sales rep during event (no response) and afterwards. Managed to speak with her a few times but each time same reply of "will get back to you"...but after 3 days of the same response, there was no further reply.
Disappointed and frustrated, we posted this review to share our experience.
