Caterer wasn't flexible with setting up earlier or tearing down later (only 2 hours 6pm-8pm) as they prioritise food quality.

Food quality is good, guests enjoyed it.

After 7plus, the food went cold and wasn't very good after that. Drinks ... More also ran out even though was given 3 dispensers for 70pax.
