I'll like to share that for the foreign object found in my food, I sent an email, texted as well as left a facebook comment with no reply. Obviously you don't value customer service and feedback.

We paid for a quality lunch set, but we received ... More hotdogs from a can on 2 occasions, I can buy it myself from the minimart.

You don't take pride in your cleanliness and quality. Please try to improve in both your customer service and food quality.
