Overall the taste is OK.

1) Vegetarian Bee hoon - Only tiny pieces of cabbage & tau kee. Could have added carrot & mushroom for the presentation. Bee hoon is soft and suitable for all age. But the serving is not enough for 20 pax.

2) Sweet & ... More sour chicken and salted egg yolk fish - The first dish is a bit too sweet. Both dishes are over fried so it's dry and meat is slightly tough.

3) Pig trotter with mushroom - Chunky bone with little meat.

4) Curry Veg - Curry is dilute.

The rest of the dish is OK.
