The setup of the buffet by Raman of Stamford Catering was impeccable and prompt. Excellent presentation including deep red table cloths and silver buffet dishes with nice disposable cups, bowls, plates, cutlery. Food itself was great as many guests ... More commented. Favourites were ngor hiang, vegetable curry, sweet n sour fish, Cheng tng dessert and the lemongrass pandan drink.
