"Once and never again"

Food was delivered and set up on time. However, 1 food item, ngoh hiang, was missing. We only discovered it after the delivery person had left. Tried calling the hotline on their website and there was no reply. This was a sunday and I catered this ... More for a CNY relative gathering. I emailed the sales team and they got back to me quite quickly and offered me a refund of $32.70 for the missing item (30 pax catering). I'm not sure if this is a reasonable amount.

Other than the rendang chicken, we had better tasting catered food. The pau for kong bak pau turned very hard after a while and was stuck to the food warmer. Mee siam was bland. Please avoid the sambal fish. The tofu was super over fried so the skin was SUPER ROUGH its the roughest tofu i've ever eaten. Food portion is also relatively small compared to other caterers.

Will not order from Xin Yi again.
