1) ask caterer to bring extra ice, willing to pay, but they dont provide, last time caterer did for us

2)the vegetable, tastleless plus the cauliflower, it comes as big as a baby hand or even bigger

3)when come to collect back the stuff, at ... More first, they refuse to take away the rubbish until our volunteer insist that they must do it
