"Definitely not a value for money caterer."

Worst buffet I had ordered to-date. Except for the fried rice, the rest is horrible. Tempura prawn is a small thin prawn coated with thick flour.
Cod fish fillet is some nasty tasting fish in thick flour.
Satay and the gravy are salty.
Thai ... More beancurd is cut in big pieces with little bit of Thai sauce only. Dry & tasteless.
The orange squah and desserts are super sweet. Very unhealthy.
Although my order was for 35 pax, the portion (especially the cabbage in tanghoon and fried rice) was much much lesser than other caterers.
The cutleries used are those cheap & poor quality types that most caterers are NOT providing anymore.
Not chilli sauce provided.
