Food came piping hot and the skirting looks classy and very new. Something yo9u rarely see from a caterer. Very impressive. Except for the fried rice which is rather dry and hard, the rest is great. The guests and host loved it. Finish almost ... More all the food except that the caterer came for the collection at 9.00pm which is unexpected because he himself said there are too many households to collect and will only come over at around 10pm. Anyway, not so bad because most of the food are almost finish by them. Maybe can consider giving more portion.
