"Most unpleasant catering experience - late for collection."

We've waited for more than an hour past collection time, and there's still no sign of their team to collect the buffet set up. We had to manually move the items out as there was another booking for the function room. And drinks container was also ... More grossly mouldy.

This the most unpleasant experience we've had with a catering company so far. How is it possible that there is no after office hour hotline that is made available to us, or printed on the notice, or even online. This is totally unacceptable.

I can't believe they are part of ecreative group. I thought ecreative had better standards.
