Stamford’s customer service was great. Communication was easy and replies were prompt. Food tasted good in general, though not impressive. My favourite dish would be the Louisiana style chicken and Thai milk tea bread and butter pudding that I ... More added-on. The creamy garlic prawns were my least favourite only because frozen prawns were used. The sauce itself was otherwise pretty flavourful. I had requested to change the Mediterranean salad to a smoked salmon salad. The vegetables for the salad could have been fresher. In summary, it has been a good experience with Stamford catering.
