Mango Mousse Birthday Cake that melted

The cake ordered was Mango Mousse, we kept in the fridge for 3 hours after it was delivered. It turned out to be soggy and melted at my child's birthday cake cutting. The texture was like melted ice cream, most of it was unable to be served to the ... More children. It was a disappointment for us as well as the guests. No advice was given to us when the cake was delivered that it needs to be chilled.
