"Hope caterer can improve on their food"

This was not the 1st time order from this caterer, the food was not as good as before.
1) pineapple rice - doesn't taste any pinapple
2) honey drumlets - have friend comment, taste like it had not be
de-frost properly
3) curry chicken - taste ... More ok but would prefer the sauce to be thicker
4) mini fruit tart- last mins change due mango pudding to supplier not able to provide the crust. But the mango pudding not smooth.

overall, friends not satisfied with food this round. hope they can improve better.
