Very bad experience!

My first ( bad)experience with Delizio.
1: they were late for 1hr, when my guest came, I hv to hold everyone up as the food wasn’t warm enough!
2: ordered for 40pax and the smoked duck portion was so small, size was only good for 20pax!
3: ... More Noddle was very salty
4: vegetable was totally tasteless. Is was only to the end of the event I discovered the vegetable sauce was poured into my garlic chicken instead of vegetable!
5: ordered 3 vegetarian bento set, invoiced me for 3 pax but only send 2 set. And No one bothered to provide any service recovery when I ask how am I going to tell my guest he has no food!
6: vegetarian bento set has already turned sour when my guest was about to eat it!
7: 2 set of yusheng for 40pax as I was told the portion is good for 20pax per set!
Plate size came was 27cm ..don’t think that is appropriate size for 20 people!
8: send wrong choice of drinks! Bartley instead of water.
9: no food tag
