This is my second Chinese New Year order with Makan Mate.

They had never fail to impress us with the excellent food quality and quantity. Dishes were great and the guest enjoyed then to the max.

As compared to last year, their internal ... More process had greatly improved. Last year was my first time ordering with them and the driver was very late due to traffic jam. I was nervous as the guests had arrived and I could not contact the driver as I do not have any contact details.

However, Makan Mate had improvised this issue by providing the driver contact details the day before and even called to follow up.

I am really satisfied not just the food but most importantly is the quality of their customer service level. This year the driver was very punctual :)

For the set up, I would still prefer it be a “red color” for the table cloth and skirting like last year. It has more CNY atmosphere as compared to “white creamy color”.
