Not organised at all. It appears that caterer was Unable to cope with CNY 1st day orders. They Didn’t come on CNY eve to do the set up although they had called earlier to arrange it. Then caterers suddenly turned up at 10.15 am on CNY 1st day to ... More do the setup without calling first. The Food came an hour late. Caterers came after 9.30 pm to collect the trays although they said they would come at 5.30pm. Food was at best average. Fish & chicken were tough from being over fried. The mee goreng was tasty though. The pilot Hitam was also tasty.
