"Cheap affordable catering"

Maybe it's due to the CNY period, event slated to start 6.30pm. Caterer intially mentioned they will arrive 1 hr earlier to set up, so timing is supposed to be 5.30pm food deliver, 9.30pm they come to clear (4hrs period). In the end, came around ... More 6.45pm. Was informed they will still come at 9.30pm to clear. Though they came around 10 plus in the end.
Food was decent. Spare pork ribs, the meat was pinkish though, too much sauce, can't really taste the meat.
My mum comment that curry chicken was nice.
For the price though, really value for $$.
Staple comfort regular food.
