"Good food with Caterer, but poor experience with Foodline"

Food was great BUT. A little hiccup by Foodline where despite repeated instructions and reminders, the order timing was messed up: Found it unprofessional that instead of taking responsibility as the order was made through Foodline, it attempted to ... More defend itself and pushed it on the caterer instead.

A good company won't do such, nor would ask me to speak to the caterer directly after the payment is made. If this is so, then, I could have just skipped ordering via here and all the hassle of having to speak to 2 different companies for the same order.

I was initially happy with the customer service during enquiry and order, and this after-sale support has completely turned it around.
