The caterer is very responsive, delivery is prompt.
Food in general is good, the spare pork rib is good (may be due to I have my own warmer to keep it warm), the ingredient in fried bee hoon is very generous compare to other caterer.
The portion ... More is okay except Tokyo Yakitori, no spare stick, exactly 20 sticks for 20 pax order.
The caterer may consider provide disposable warmer for mini buffet. This help to keep food warm and nice.
