Menu changed from Assam fish to healthy fish fillet which was too salty
Red bean soup quantity is too little - insufficient for 140 pax !
Likewise for eclair sand cream puffs - insufficient quantity .
Food should arrive hot as burners are not ... More effective enough .

Overall good value for money although food was much better the last time when I ordered for 50 pax .
