Cake pic was exactly as per website; our child was very happy to see his cake (which he had selected)! Cake also tasted good - guests were rather happy with the cake. Delivery was prompt and on time. Cake shop did not give a confirmation phone call, ... More although confirmation email was sent. To avoid my recent bad experience with another appalling bakery, I made a phone call the day before just to confirm all is in order. Service staff was polite and confirmed all details including delivery time as per my order. Phone call was indeed not necessary. Overall very pleasant experience with this bakery. Will order from The Cake Shop again. Thanks!
