"Disappointed with its customer service"

Great Delivery person, always cheerful even then delivery is late. Food is generally good. The only pet peeve is that this caterer does not engage with its customers. Several tingkat providers that i have use will either engage you via watsapp or ... More will respond to calls, but not this one unfortunately. Once the food did not arrive and it was 6.30pm (usually it arrives between 4.30 to 5pm). I called to find out if there was a breakdown or if the driver is ok or if i need to make other dinner arrangements. I called no one answered, left message no one return call the next day. I wrote an email, also no reply. So I decided not to use them anymore. Their pricing is also not cheap. It is a pity with such nonchalant attitude. I will miss the delivery guy though.
