Overall quite disappointing with the food. Delivery came earlier which is good. The price per pax is high for such standard of food. But it is 9 dishes with 1 drink so maybe expensive in that way. The fried hong kong mee and prawn paste chicken ... More wings are too oily. The salted egg yolk fish is too saltish and hard. Pork chop is very dry even with lemon sauce. Was not expecting butter prawn to be cooked this way. Chin chow is the only item that my guests like. I don't think I will order from this caterer again.
