The food taste is not bad generally except that fried chicken is quite dry and sambal source quite oily. The rest is ok. Services could be better, especially the sales/admin person called to chase for payment saying that she already emailed me, ... More which she didn't. After I made payment and replied to the email in the morning, she still called in the afternoon to chase for payment without checking my replied email to her. The delivery guy never rang the bell whenever food arrived, unlike another caterer.

Our Management Team has issued a stern warning to the Customer Service Team to ensure that this mistake ... More would not be repeated in future. We have also informed the kitchen about your feedback on the Fried Chicken dish and Sambal sauce, the kitchen will review the dish to make it better.
