"Ratatouille Niçoise" was the best dish among the catered dishes. It was flavourful and tender to bite.
"Black Olive Fried Rice" was normal and slightly on the drier side.
"Roasted Vegetable Salad" could be slightly seasoned.
"Herb-Roasted ... MoreChicken" was a little tough while the corn bits and edamame had a nice crunch to the texture.
"Oven-Baked Sutchi Fillet" was tender and creamy.
"Codfish Tofu Bites" had bits of bones.
"Assorted French Pastries" were fluffy and light, but 30pcs is extremely little for 25 pax.
"Lemongrass Bandung" was light and not too sweet. Show less
