"Chritmas buffet -good spread and quality food."

Delivery was late by 15 mins, but overall presentation was ok.
Guest liked the baked cheese oyster , beef cheeks and salmon
The cold platter was also good.
Seafood paella ws delicious but portion of rice is too big.
Only finish half, Oyster ... More portion was aliitle small, first to finish.
The fruit cake is not too sweet but a little dry.
Overall, the food was appertising and well liked.
Maybe good to include log cake instead of fruit cake.
