I have been using Hong Choo for dinner tingkat service for a couple of months and my family have been generally satisfied with the quality of food, particularly the variety and their soup.

Hence it was really unfortunate and worrying that my ... More daughter found a steel wool strand inside the minced meat dish. Hong Choo service representative called me back the next morning to explain that it could be due to a strand of steel wool from their washing sponge accidentally left over in their cooking pot.

I understand this is a once-off event, and have continued with Hong Choo for another tingkat cycle, but this incident made me more alert and aware that we need to be constantly vigilant whenever we cater food from outside.
