My lunch service started 1 day later than planned although the caterer has confirmed my order. I was unable to contact the caterer until the following day. Delivery time was irregular, probably due to understaffing during CB period. I was given the ... More option to specify food preferences such as no seafood and no fish with bones but requests were not met. Fried noodles and beehoon were catered to make up for the 4th dish. Food portioning and menu can be improved.
