"Food is edible, taste could be improved"

Caterer missed out one day of catering. We waited and waited and could not contact caterer as it was past the hours. But caterer extended one more day for us mentioning it was delivered wrongly to another unit.
Food is okay for promo price, but ... More everyday soup is cooked with frozen chicken, some fish dishes use dory fish??, and mostly other than that is the frozen chicken type, no pork sadly. I think taste wise can be improved.
Delivery timings are quite prompt, at 4plus.
