"Late delivery and collection"

My event was at 12pm. At 1130am, the food still had not come. Called the hotline and the lady said she will check for me. Before the lady got back to me, the delivery man finally came and started to set up.

Overall the food was okay. Same as ... More what was mentioned in the other reviews, the smoked duck and yam paste were the first to clear.

The function room was booked till 3pm. The collection time was also at the same time. But the delivery man was late. Called the hotline but no one picked up and there was no other number for me to call. We waited till 315pm and finally the delivery man came. Because of this, I think I will not order from this caterer again.
