"Not satisfied with their service."

I have stated that the cake to be delivered at 3pm, they charged me additional$10. This should be made clear to the customers at the website. So this additional cost comes as a shock to me. Besides, the staff was not helpful to check if I can claim ... More back this additional delivery charges of $10. Lastly, the delivery instruction was left out and therefore they delivered the cake to the wrong place.

In terms of the quality of the cake, I still prefer chocolate cakes from Polar though it is only $10 more expensive..
