"Unreliable Caterer"

This was the second time we were ordering from this caterer and we specified the no pork option as there are members in the household who cannot take pork. However, there were a number of occasions that the caterer included pork in our menu, and ... More they did not inform us. Upon questioning, customer service said they would not know of such changes as everything is handled by the kitchen. So if you're counting on getting what you ordered, it may be best to avoid this caterer. Besides their dishes don't always taste fresh and the fried stuff have an old oil smell. The only saving grace is that this caterer is cheap, but you may be better off choosing another caterer. We won't be ordering from them again.
