The Braised Pork is really nice. We like the Salted Egg Prawn too because the sauce is nice. But the Broccoli is very hard, not well cooked. The curry chicken is quite nice but why never put any milk in the sauce? ended up the curry is way too ... More diluted. The Yam Paste is nice but the white sauce is too too sweet. The two main dishes have quite a lot of ingredients, not too bad. Thankful that the caterer is able to provide full setup for 25 pax, so we get to heat up the food half an hour before eating. Overall experience is not bad even though i only like two of the dishes.
