There was a label on the food that it was ready by 3 and best before 7. The earliest we received the food was only once at 655. The rest of the days were 705 to 725.

We had to throw everything away for 3 out of 10 days as the food was already ... More smelling off by the time we got it.

Worst try ever.

Thank you for your valuable feedback.

We are deeply sorry for the unpleasant experience. As food quality is our top priority, we would like to seek your kind advise on the dish that turns bad in order for our chefs ... More to review the dishes to prevent any similar case from happening again.

We would also like to seek your kind understanding as we do not put any MSG and preservatives in our food, some of the dishes might undergo chemical reactions when there is a dramatic change in temperature. The operations team has pass on a reminder to the kitchen and delivery team to take careful note during the food delivery process.
