I hate to say this but this is the worst caterer I've ever engaged till date. Even if refund or cash vouchers are given, No amount of it will make up for the horrible experience for my company event. All the guests feedback that the food was ... More horrible and as the host, you know how apologetic and shitty we felt? We have to spend additional cost and go thru unnecessary inconvenience to purchase food else where to make up for the horrible caterer's food. Let me list them out.

1. Rendang chicken has got no rendang taste at all. It is just chicken with chili.

2. Sambal prawn and sambal fish tasted the same as rendang chicken and were not fresh. seems like they used the same chili for all spicy dish.

3. Curry Lontong Vegetables has got no lontong taste at all.

4. Biryani rice is tasteless.

5. Fried Bee Hoon was hard to eat.

On top of the horrible food quality, the service was bad too.

6. Insufficient tongs and ladle for scooping the dishes. (only 2 tongs n 2 ladle provided for 8 dishes)

7. Insufficient utensils(Spoon, fork, plate) were provided.

8. NO bowls were provided for our dessert at all. How are my guest gonna consume the cheng tng using plates? We have to go thru the trouble of going to a nearby sheng shiong to purchase the bowls.

This is really bad!!! We pay and cater food for convenience and enjoyment yet it turn out to be a horrible experience with so much inconvenience for all people especially for our company, not to mention its a waste of money too.

We would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused to you & your team during your event.
We apologise that, our pantry team may have miscalculated / missed out the utensils for your order.
As per checked with our team utensils were ... More given extras in a plastic bag & our delivery did not assist in setting the utensils setup therefore they wasn't sure how many were not enough.

As per all the food item prepared by our kitchen, we did check with the kitchen team, item was prepared as per usual & we did prepare item with other orders during the day as well & food was good to consume within the stipulated hours. (Food to be consumed within 2-3 hours upon arrival). Ingridients all were prepared separately for the different items as well.

We appreciate that your honest feedback, as this is the first we encounter this issue, we will have to look into this matter & update our kitchen team on the service & quality of our food as per your feedback.

We would like to offer you a complimentary set of Mini Buffet Meal to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
We will inform our kitchen to prepare the best dishes that are available for your team.
Do let us know any time / date for us to prepare these meals for your team
