The food quality is nice and comes in variety every day. No MSG, less salt and oil. It is considered healthy food. There is definitely a soup dish to go with to make the meal complete in every meal time. The quantity is just enough or slightly more ... More for 1 pax each which make it heavier for more person's share. The packaging is generous for every dish. Every day has a menu to refer and expect what good food is in store. The price is reasonable for per pax as compare to eating out and there is always more extra food.
