Late arrival by 40 minutes. Caterer was fast to respond. Person in charge was fast and good was up in 15 minutes. Food was still warm on arrival so doesn’t take too long to heat up. I have allowed 1 hour for arrival and setup so my event wasn’t ... More much affected as the person who did the set up was very experienced. Collection time was punctual and clean up was fast too. All these by 1 man only.
