Order was completely forgotten, when called to check the representative was neither apologetic nor able to fulfil a satisfactory replacement. My baby’s first birthday sadly ended up without a cake.

Extremely disappointed with my order this ... More time round. I’ve been a fan of Mirana for over 20 years and still think they make delicious cakes, but will think twice before I order for an important event in future. Recommend all customers to confirm their orders directly with Mirana if they order via Foodline, because Mirana customer service is unwilling to acknowledge Foodline as a legitimate ordering platform for their orders if anything goes wrong.
