Ordered for dinner. Food came in plastic takeaway container with no thermal bag. Delivery guy took the effort to put into our own thermal bag which is plus point.

We had 2 occassions whereby the vege dish turn sour when we consume at 7+. ... More Feedback to customer service and they're quick to respond.

Food taste decent, similar to home cook food and is not over salty/oily. Love the daily soups.
