My shock when the food came in such boxes!!! Oh gosh!! Not even in proper warmer bags at the minimal! The set is not cheap almost $800 and I didn’t expect such packing service! What happened? Where’s the hygiene consideration? I expect immediate ... More service recovery or compensation! What an embarrassment to all my family and friends!!! All dishes were very cold!
