I ordered 8 course buffet but missing mini chocolate eclair which I like most. Ordered sweet n sour fish but received cereal fish which is too hard. Ordered five spices prawn balls but dun think it's correct and is overcooked. Ordered deep fried ... More butter prawn but received salted egg prawn, luckily taste quite well. Ordered stir fried Hong Kong mee but received different type of noodle n too salty. Although they gave 2 boxes of curry chicken full of gravy but the Chicken was cut into very small pieces eg a 3 joint wing was chopped into 5 small pieces. Roasted suckling pig only about 20% crispy the rest of crispy skin not crispy at all. I was wondering if I was ordering buffet with my preferred food or just any food the catering prepared. No disposal table cloth, scoops, serviettes n name card or brochure provided. Totally disappointed with this catering n spoil my event totally
