Basically I choose this menu just because I could not find any cheaper and healthier menu during CNY. I have been very experienced in sourcing for caterer and I was surprised that it is far cheaper than all I ordered in the past even from the same ... More caterer!!
It is healthier as it includes garden salad, skinless chicken in curry and they use brown rice bee hoon which actually taste better than the usual white bee hoon. But I do not like dory fish regardless of the cooking style! However, I just got to accept it as I think I do not have other better choice.

The taste of this menu is just ok nothing to pick. The portion is just enough for the number I ordered. There seem no extra volume catered. This is the only thing I am not so satisfied with
