Buffet set up was on time & presentable. Portion supplied seem to be lesser than previous order (which is 2 months ago).
Stewed duck with chestnut was disappointing because not much meat, mainly bones. Fish with spring onion & ginger dish was not ... More popular among my guests & later I realised that they didn’t know there were fish because it was all covered by the spring onion & ginger. Yam paste was delicious but my mum was unable to find the ginkgo nuts
