Overall food quality just normal. However, quite disappointed with the service. Ordered a 5 days trial from 26 - 30 Mar, since 30 Mar is a public holiday, but no one informed us there is no delivery on PH. Tried to ran a call to customer care, they ... More mentioned they will deliver the food on next Monday. But again, they deliver my food only after 9 pm.
I would much appreciate if you could notify me at the first time when you email me the invoice and call me to confirm my order about there is no delivery on Public Holiday, instead of keep saying 5 days contract, 5 days services from 26 to 30.
