Rec'd my lunch(in plastic container) at 10.20-10.30am, its too early! but not choice maybe my place is the first station.

If my place isthe first station then the food shld be warm , dont understand why the rice & diskes are very cold ?? id ... More disappointing , hope KIm Kicthen can look into this & improve it.
