Overall, the food and set up was great, it was ready before the requested timing the sauce and texture of the fish was great just that maybe the broccoli and mushroom was little to to hard to chew, the rice and noodles is good, chicken with honey ... More glazed sauce was tender and good. In summary, the portion served was more than enough for 30 pax! The food was delicious, I would highly recommend it!
