On 2 occasions where the food served were much smaller portions than normal. Feedback to caterer and gotten a replacement dish as caterer admitted the smaller portions were served wrongly. However, the replacement dish had also failed to deliver on ... More the first attempt, and this created a worst impression on the overall quality of service.
