Admin side can be better managed as my request to skip meals on certain dates, the dinner still deliver on that very day. On one occasion, the dinner didn't arrive, but that day supposed to have my dinner. Very confusing management for skip meals ... More process. Food tasted salty on many occasions and received charred egg dish on one occasion. Although complained was well received but the management promised to compensate one dish for the incident did not take place. In view that my order request no spicy and seafood, I have received numerous "happy meal" as a substitute. Not sure why this kind of standard this caterer is trying to show. The comms channel with the caterer can be better improve too.
